Automated Dynamics is registered as an AS9100C certified company from STR-Registrar.  The certification represents that Automated Dynamics conforms to one of the most rigorous quality management system standards.  All of the efforts put into maintaining and managing our quality system are reflective in Automated Dynamics’ culture and business practices.  Automated Dynamics commitment to continuous improvement extends beyond design, engineering and the manufacturing process to all aspects of the business.  Through teamwork and our ongoing attention to our Quality Management System, we strive to ensure that we meet or exceed our customers' needs and represent an elite product throughout the industries.

Quality Objectives

 

The general focus of our quality objectives are the improvement of the quality managements system, delivery performance, customer satisfaction and product conformity. We put a large emphasis on continual improvement by trying to meet or exceed our objectives through constant training, addressing of corrective actions, preventive actions, customer complaints and other methods.  To show that we are following our quality policy and meeting our objectives we measure data in several ways.   One of these is monitoring of our customers’ needs and satisfaction by methods such as: meeting the requirements of the contract, customer satisfaction reporting, tracking of nonconformances, and others. We monitor nonconformances by returned product rate and internally found product that does not meet specified requirements. All of the efforts put into maintaining and managing our quality system are reflective in Automated Dynamics’ culture and business practices. We try to always improve and proved the best products and services to our customer’s that are achievable.
