PEEK is a highly engineered thermoplastic polymer. Our products are not solely made of PEEK. We use pre-impregnated continuous fiber materials in most of our products. PEEK is one of the polymer matrixes that we use. The fiber we use is often tailored to the specific application. Commonly used fibers are graphite and glass fibers, both of which come in various grades.

The PEEK based products that we use, do have a tremendous thermal, friction, and impact capabilities within the polymer material family. We have made and are capable of making a structure to the geometry that you have described.

However, without further detail associated with your specific design criteria and allowable, we are not able to validate whether or not a PEEK based material would work for your application.
